Financing diagnostic
Review of the purpose, amount, cash flow, collateral and documents, and an honest view of what financing is realistic.
DONTRANSHARANT TOV works with Ukrainian companies and sole proprietors (FOPs) that need financing. We assess what kind of funding fits, prepare the application package, and support it through to the decision of a licensed bank or lessor, or of a state programme.
We are not a bank and do not lend. Credit decisions are made only by the licensed institution, and the money never passes through our accounts.
Our role is preparation and coordination. The assessment, the decision and the disbursement belong to the licensed financial institution.
Each engagement is governed by a written service agreement that states the scope of work and the fee before any work begins.
Review of the purpose, amount, cash flow, collateral and documents, and an honest view of what financing is realistic.
Comparison of bank loans, leasing and state programmes by total cost, terms and eligibility.
Business plan, financial model, cash-flow forecast and the document set each institution requires.
Answering the institution's questions, supplying additional documents and explaining the offer to you.
A general orientation. The final choice depends on your figures, your collateral and the institution's own assessment.
Orientation only. Every route is provided by a licensed institution on its own terms; eligibility for state programmes is set by the programme rules.
Confirm the registration, status and signatories of any Ukrainian company before signing.
Banks, financial companies and other regulated providers appear in the NBU's public registers.
Any engagement with us is a written agreement naming the company, its code and its account.
Fraudsters offer "guaranteed business loans" for an upfront fee, or ask for banking logins and Diia access. DONTRANSHARANT TOV never takes loan money through its accounts, never guarantees approval and never asks for passwords, card data, one-time codes or Diia access. If someone does this in our name, end the contact and report it to the National Police (cyberpolice).
No. We prepare and support applications to licensed banks, lessors and state programmes. They alone assess, decide and pay out.
No one can honestly guarantee that. A well-prepared application improves the quality of the assessment, but the decision belongs to the institution.
By the scope of work, in a written service agreement signed before work begins. Nothing is ever paid to us "for approval" or as a share of the loan passed through our accounts.
No. Only legal entities and sole proprietors (FOPs), for business purposes.
Moskovskyi Avenue in Kyiv was renamed Stepana Bandery Avenue in 2016. Both names refer to the same street; we use the current name.
